The Worship Resident at Harvest Church is a developing worship leader who is finishing or has recently completed formal ministry training and is preparing to step into long-term worship leadership.

This residency exists to provide intentional mentoring, ministry experience, and leadership development with the goal of equipping a future Worship Pastor.

This role will serve alongside Harvest's pastors and worship team, gaining hands-on experience in leading worship, developing musicians and vocalists, and shaping the culture of worship, with the potential to be sent as a future worship leader as part of Harvest Church's 5 in 5 initiative.
