You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute content for commercial purposes without permission or use content in a way that misrepresents our church or its beliefs.
4. Online Giving and Payments
All online donations and financial transactions through our Services are processed by Subsplash Giving, a third-party payment processor. By making a donation, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
Donations: All gifts made through our Services are intended as charitable donations to Harvest Church, a registered nonprofit organization. Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a transaction was made in error, please contact us within 30 days at info@harvesttc.org or (231) 943-1021 and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to issue or deny refunds at our sole discretion.
Harvest Church is not responsible for errors, outages, or failures caused by Subsplash Giving or any other third-party payment provider. For details on how payment data is handled, please review the Subsplash Privacy Policy available on our Privacy Policy page.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to make a donation through our Services.

In no event will Harvest Church, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental, or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) any amounts that exceed the total fees, if any, paid by you to Harvest Church in the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. The foregoing limitations shall apply even if Harvest Church has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Harvest Church reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement at any time, by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
10. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Grand Traverse County, Michigan.
